1. Scope of Services

RecoverX Technologies provides specialized, highly regulated business-to-business (B2B) solutions in Bangalore and across major commercial corridors in India:

EV Recovery & Repossession: Professional vehicle logistics, field skip-tracing, flatbed transportation, and secure asset yard storage exclusively for institutional lenders, private banks, and NBFCs.
GreenCycle Recycling & Industrial Scrap: B2B commercial purchasing, dismantling, transportation, and recycling of factory metal scrap, obsolete e-waste, and decommissioned lithium-ion or lead-acid battery scrap.

2. Representations and Warranties

By engaging our services or executing service requests:

Lender Partners: You warrant that you hold a valid, active, and enforceable mortgage, loan agreement, or hypothecation charge over any vehicle, EV, or asset for which you issue a repossession or recovery mandate.
Scrap & GreenCycle Clients: You warrant that you possess full, unencumbered legal title and legal disposal rights for any factory scrap, e-waste, or battery packs supplied to us.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Code of Conduct

RecoverX Technologies strictly operates under the legal framework of the Republic of India:

No Towing Service Representation: Clients acknowledge that RecoverX Technologies is a specialized EV recovery and repossession agency, not a roadside towing helper or emergency motor club. No towing or breakdown representation is made.
Debt Recovery Guidelines: All field agents operate in direct compliance with the RBI Code of Conduct for Debt Recovery Agents (DRA). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for verbal coercion or physical harassment. Repossessions are conducted in professional coordination with local police desks.
Environmental Standards: Scrap logistics and battery recyclables are weighed, certified, and recycled in absolute compliance with the KSPCB, CPCB, and CPCB Hazardous Waste Rules.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RecoverX Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the deployment of recovery agents, flatbed transport, or scrap recycling operations.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any service contracts executed with RecoverX Technologies LLP shall be governed by the laws of India. Dispute resolution is subject to exclusive jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
